At the moment, I'm just trying to paint and see what sticks and they really don't, sadly, even if I end up happy with something, if it's original, it's pretty much doomed, and it ends up an exercise in futility of producing a work that I'd LOVE someone to order a poster of to put on their wall but no one will ever buy if it's not a pony ass or fan-pandering.
If you disagree, the DA Prints option is always up for my original stuff, and it's on Society6 and RedBubble but I'm really not holding my breath at this point for people buying because all those services really mark up price for the prints and things. [link] [link]
And the quality is probably worth it, but in this atmosphere, everyone is struggling with money issues and can you blame them?
Wow, I came here fully expecting a lighthearted reference to a song, but was surprised. This has such depth and thought to it, it's surprising. How you've managed to include your own meaning within the song's title, that's awesome. I don't think I've ever seen any of your other work, but I would love to to buy such a deep and thought-provoking piece, but I have not the funds or know-how
This is a rather intriguing image. I don't know if she was damaged in a fight (for that matter, did she lose or actually win?), had an accident or was simply thinking too hard (heh). Either way, there's great ambiance here, and the bone-like paint is an interesting touch.
