The first word that comes to mind when I want to describe this picture is "flowing". To help me, I'm going to use the categories provided by the site to talk about it.
VISION: As the title suggests, this piece definitely has an Autumn feel using blowing leaves and cooler colors. Fluttershy seems to be loving the weather, and being the soft-voiced "nature pony" she is, her expression and pose match her wonderfully.
ORIGINALITY: While this piece mostly copies the style of the show, the artist still has a unique style with minor differences. It's also nice to see the characters drawn in an original setting; this is a picture from the artist's mind, not the show. The artist did a great job of putting an pre-existing character in a new setting.
TECHNIQUE: The directions of the brushstrokes in the background help with the hair and leaves to show a breeze, and the blue color makes the breeze feel cool. The only warm colors are Fluttershy's colors, and there is even some blending with the background through her hair to give an almost lavender color, which is Autumn-cool. The fact that her muzzle is scaled slightly larger than in the show gives it more depth from this angle, which is a plus. Her ears look scaled noticeably larger too, but my only issue is the right ear's detail. It only has one line in it which gives it a very thick appearance, making it look swollen. I do like the minimal but still present feather detail on her wing, and I like how it's sized and shaped too, accounting for the bone (forearm?) at the top of the wing.
IMPACT: The texture of this picture grabs my attention, and the colors keep it. The colors of her mane are memorizing and the flow of the blue background lets you see the breeze hitting her face. This has to be the most opinionated critique category of the four, but I love staring at this piece.
FINAL THOUGHTS: Looking at the star-ratings I've given, I feel like I'm being too generous, but again, the ear is the only flaw I can see. This is an original picture of a character that already existed, but with a deviating style. It accomplishes what the title and previous knowledge of the character suggest, and it has plenty of technique that even a novice like me can appreciate. It's a very pretty picture.
