Half of an art trade with [link] only her half was never finished. Thanks for that and for reminding me why I don't do art trades and never plan to again.

First up is praise!

This is very well executed, the colors and shading are spot on. You added the under side of the hooves pointed towards the screen instead of just leaving them curved and un-shaded. Pinkie's pose sprawled on her back gives the impression of animated giggling despite a lack of 'motion lines' which I think would ruin the image. The layers you used for the clouds give them a soft airy feature that normal outlines would ruin. The end of Rainbows tail curling around Pinkies thigh gives a subtle impression that they're enjoying each others company beyond just a good laugh. They're not just pranking, they're bonding.

Now time for the nit-picky stuff.

The first thing I notice are Rainbows eyelashes. For her character and her original design, they should be shorter and less curved. The only other bit I would also go back and adjust is the outline around Rainbows hair. Blue and Orange are a very striking compliment (any artist can tell you that). But it's that striking effect that distracts from the softness of the rest of the picture. I suggest going back and making the outline for her mane a little thinner, or lower the opacity a touch.

I don't even care about the earth pony laying on a cloud, shes Pinkie! This picture brings me back to a story I read, but Critiques aren't for advertising!

Overall, This is an amazingly well done piece of work. All of the details came together to tie the whole picture together.

Pinkie's face seems a bit squished after you look at it for a while, but I suppose it's just an illusion.

The facial expressions are just perfect for this kind of picture. The lighting gives the effect of blushing, which just makes it much more enjoyable to look at!

100 word filler! man oh man i hope I can write enough words to fill the requirement. Well, looks like I just did write 100 words. Banana monkey glue!

I've appreciated Valentine's Day a lot more since I got involved with the whole shipping thing. It's a cute picture.

I'm not sure if it was supposed to be shippy or not. The artist never delivered on her half of the trade so I am completely "meh" about the time wasted to make this.
